Caregiving is one of the most selfless acts of love. It is also exhausting. Just like it’s said you can’t pour from an empty cup, the caregiver must keep their cup full to be able to give to their loved ones.
This November, we honor the millions of family caregivers who provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to loved ones—often without recognition, rest, or resources. Whether you're caring for a parent with dementia, a child with special needs, or a spouse with chronic illness, you are not alone.
Support is available, and connecting with others who understand your journey can make all the difference.

💬 Final Thoughts
If you’re a caregiver, please remember: you matter too. Your health, your peace of mind, and your joy are just as important as the care you give. This month, take a moment to connect with others, ask for help, and give yourself permission to rest.
You can’t pour from an empty cup—but you can refill it.
